Sygentic. Software for the work behind a local service business.

Business information, online presence and incoming calls each need a different kind of attention. We build focused software to make the next step clearer.

The broader Sygentic platform is in development. Ask us about current access to each product.

Waiting for a person to review

From scattered tasks to a clearer workday.

Information about the business, its presence online and its incoming calls often lives in different places. Sygentic, Mika and Dispatch Hub Pro are separate products built around those distinct jobs — Sygentic organizes business information, Mika keeps local presence work moving, and Dispatch Hub Pro helps teams understand incoming calls.

A day in the business, with clearer next steps.

These moments illustrate the decisions a team might face, from the first review in the morning to a conversation about call handling.

01START OF DAY
Sygentic

Find the work that needs a decision.

An owner checks a proposed service page against the services, coverage and policies the business already knows. The next step is a review, not a guess.

02MIDDAY
Mika

Keep each location accurate.

The office checks a location's profile information, prepares a thoughtful reply and makes a note to review the related website page.

03AFTERNOON
Dispatch Hub Pro

Make a callback someone's job.

A missed service inquiry goes into a follow-up queue with an owner and a reason, so the next shift knows what remains open.

04END OF DAY
Dispatch Hub Pro

Coach the moment that matters.

A manager reviews how a call was handled and chooses one question to practice with a dispatcher, rather than relying on a vague impression.

Built from the work behind the work.

Sygentic grew from the repeated problems Eran faced while running his own home service businesses. Garage-door and locksmith operations made the gaps tangible: a call needing follow-up, a location detail to update, a page that needed the right service information.

Instead of treating those as the same problem, we are building three focused products for the teams who handle them.

A 90-day improvement plan.

A way to organize the work and the questions worth measuring, not a promise of a particular outcome.

Establish a baseline

Start with what the business already knows and what still needs a closer look.

  • Check profile information and service coverage
  • Review existing service pages
  • Look at call outcomes and open follow-up tasks

Actual search performance varies and needs measurement; this example contains no customer results.

A direction grounded in the everyday.

Beyond the work described here, we are exploring broader communications, email and social campaigns, more connected workflows, and mobile experiences. These capabilities are part of our development roadmap.

Ask about availability

A few things worth knowing.

How are the three products different?

Sygentic is our broader business platform in development. Mika focuses on local digital presence; Dispatch Hub Pro focuses on incoming calls and dispatcher performance. They are separate products, not modules of one app.

Are mobile apps available?

Mobile experiences are planned or in development. We have not confirmed an App Store release date. Ask us about current availability.

How can I request access or a demonstration?

Email or call us through the contact page. Tell us which product interests you and a little about your business so we can respond with relevant information.

Is there a price or free launch period?

We plan to start with free access. Paid options may follow as the products develop, with details announced before any charges. Contact us about current availability.

Can these products work for multiple locations?

Location information is part of the workflows we are designing. Tell us how your locations are organized so we can discuss what is currently possible rather than promise a fit we have not verified.

Let's talk about what your business needs.
